Our Goa Practice

The Goa office of KCO Advocates and Consultants LLP and Bhasin and Bhasin Associates operates from Suite 611, Shiv Towers, Patto Plaza, Panjim, and was inaugurated in July 2026. It brings together two practices of long standing — one built on dispute resolution, arbitration and commercial litigation across Indian courts and tribunals, the other a fourth-generation practice in labour, employment and cross-border employment law.

Our Office in Goa is conceived as a full-service practice. It handles matters end to end: advice at the outset, drafting and pleadings, appearances before the courts, tribunals and statutory authorities in Goa, and enforcement of what is finally obtained. It also undertakes the ground-level work that a matter actually turns on — filings, inspections, certified copies, service, records and local liaison — which is often the difference between a well-argued case and a well-run one.

A significant part of our work is done for other counsels. Firms and counsel outside Goa who carry matters within this jurisdiction often instruct us to appear, to file, to attend to procedural steps, or simply to hold the fort between hearings, on terms that respect their client relationship entirely. Our counsel in Goa are equipped to work as instructing counsel, as local counsel, or as the whole of the team, depending on what is asked of us.

We - KCO Advocates and Consultants LLP and Bhasin and Bhasin Associates set out to build a practice in Goa that is complete in itself — where a client, or a fellow counsel, need not assemble a team across three cities to see a matter through. Our approach is unchanged from the practices that formed it: clarity in advice, precision in procedure, and a working understanding that legal problems are commercial and personal problems first.
